The first stage of the construction of your project and with this we will have a completely free no obligation meeting on site so that we can get an idea of what the customers idea is and we can explore all possibilities to ensure that we can do everything possible to get the desired outcome which you are looking to get and offer any advice and knowledge to assist.
Quotation
Here at Pickering Construction we believe that a quote is the price you will pay no hidden extras or nasty surprises, once you have decided on the specification for your project Pickering Construction will have an itemised quote put together for the customer. The quote that the customer will receive os the price which the customer will pay all broke down and itemised and show the phased payment plan for each stage of the construction process.
Building Regulations and project sign off
With each project comes different building regulations and approval sign off of the job and the vast majority of all projects require an end sign off by building control. here at Pickering Construction we have an exceptional working relationship with a majority of building control officers across North Yorkshire. It is a very important phase of every project both for Pickering Construction and the customer that shows that the project has been constructed to a certain criteria and we will always hand over the Certificate of the overall sign off at the end of the project completion.
