By a happy chance I came upon Pickering Construction when looking for a builder to carry out some work in our patio area. I wasn’t sure what I wanted doing at the time, but Neil (the company director) came up with lots of ideas for me to choose from. I am absolutely delighted with the result. Pickering Construction Limited carried out various works, they did some under pining and foundation work, roofing, joinery, brickwork, stone work and re-pointing. The guys were on site early every day, never had a problem with their time-keeping. The were clean, tidy and conscientious ensuring to clean up after themselves. I found them to be hard-working and the quality of their work was to a high standard. I would be happy to recommend them and felt the price the offered was competitive.

I cannot praise Neil from Pickering Construction highly enough. The extension has completely transformed the house. I would highly recommend him to anybody. He was always punctual, clean and tidy. It was slightly over budget but for the amount of work done I expected it. He treated it as his own home in that he gave us some ideas that we had not thought of, and this was of real benefit to us. The house has now got that wow factor that it didn’t have before and the work was way beyond what I expected.
